Children from the Ste Elizabeth orphanage enjoyed the company of a group of members from the VinFit Fitness Club for a few hours on Christmas Eve.

The manager of the club, Vincent Volcère, said they chatted, played with and talked to the children who were very happy to receive the visit of a group of visitors who were ready to listen to them for a couple of hours.

“The children were really happy and they welcomed us and talked non-stop about the activities they do and the gifts they were expecting from Father Christmas. It was really great to share their joy,” Mr Volcère said.

At the end of their visit members of the club handed over various Christmas goodies to the nuns to be shared with the children.

He said next year the club plans to organise new activities for the children including fitness exercises.
