Passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II: All flags to fly half-mast in the Republic of Seychelles

Following the passing of her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, the President Mr Wavel Ramkalawan has ordered that all flags in the Republic should fly at half-mast today.
