None of the two witnesses and one complainant expected to appear before the Truth, Reconciliation and National Unity Commission (TRNUC) turned up for the hearings yesterday.

On the schedule yesterday were two closed sessions and one open session.

According to one of the commissioners, Marie-Therese Purvis, none of them informed the TRNUC that they were not coming.

Upon checking, one of them informed that he had a health issue while the two others could not be reached.

Meanwhile she said the Commission is expected to resume its normal session today as per the schedule with two closed sessions and one public session.
