Victoria: The appointment of new members to the Board of the Seychelles Islands Development Company Ltd (IDC) has been announced. The new members are Mrs. Sherin Francis, Mr. Michael Nalletamby, Mr. Patrick Labalche, Mr. Rodney Quatre, and Mr. Francis Lebon. Their appointments comply with Section 58 (1) (d) and Section 58 (1) (e) of the Public Enterprises Act, 2023.
According to African Press Organization, these appointments will be effective from 1st December 2025 and will last for the remainder of the current Board's term, which ends on 31st October 2027. The current Board includes Mr. Didier Dogley as Chairperson, Ms. Astride Tamatave as Vice-Chairperson, Mr. Cyril Bonnelame as CEO/Member (ex-officio), and Mr. Antoine Marie-Moustache as a member.
The President has also expressed gratitude to the outgoing members for their service to the organization.
