“The past achievements and current determination give us a lot of reasons to celebrate and to be proud. However, we should never be complacent but remain focus on ensuring that more opportunities are created for citizens to be engaged in our nation-building process. This is of more relevance today as we need to brave the common challenges and the emerging ones.

“We are convinced that much more can be achieved if we can establish the conducive environment for civil society organisations to thrive and work in collaboration with all the concerned partners. We are therefore calling on others to join forces with us through one of the organisations to make a difference.

“We salute the effort and engagement of the so many individuals who go unnoticed and pray that our nation may be blessed abundantly. Blessed NGO Day to you all!”
