European Union Seeks Suppliers for Security Equipment Installation in Port-Louis

Port-louis: The European Union has announced a call for expressions of interest for a technical security upgrade at its offices in Port-Louis, involving the supply and installation of various security and access control equipment. According to European Union, the procurement process will include equipment such as X-ray machines, walk-through and handheld metal detectors, air-lock mechanism doors, emergency exit doors, a public address system, an intrusion detection system, a panic alarm system, and an access control system. Suppliers can express interest in providing and installing all or part of these items. Interested companies are requested to confirm their interest in participating in the tender procedure, specify the items they can supply and install, and provide details of any relevant experience in similar projects. This call for expressions of interest is intended for market research purposes and does not guarantee the launch of a tender or the award of a contract. The project location is specified as the 8th Floor, St. James Court, Saint Denis Street, Port-Louis. Companies wishing to participate should express their interest by emailing [email protected]. The deadline for expressing interest is set for Friday, 11 September 2026, with invitations to tender expected to be sent by the end of the year.
