The Ambassador for Georgia to Seychelles, H.E Ambassador Zurab Dhavalishvili paid a courtesy on President Wavel Ramkalawan at State House this morning. Ambassador Dvalishvili is on an official meeting in Seychelles where he is meeting with senior officials in the Government.
President Ramkalawan extended a warm welcome to Ambassador Dvalishvili to Seychelles and noted that the Government of Seychelles greatly values the strong friendship that exists between Seychelles and Georgia. Furthermore, that it remains committed to rally all efforts to elevate bilateral cooperation between the two countries to new heights.
Their discussions focused on diplomatic relation between Seychelles and Georgia and revolved around ways to further develop cooperation in areas of common interest such as in education. They also shared how both countries have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and reciprocate how Seychelles and Georgia remains convicted in the value of solidarity, joint efforts and mutual support as conquerors of this common menace.
Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Ambassador Dvalishvili presented his credentials as Georgian Ambassador to Seychelles in April 2019.
