Minister for Finance, National Planning and Trade Naadir Hassan will deliver the budget address (Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill, 2023) before the National Assembly on Friday November 4, 2022 staring at 9am.
General debate on the merit of the Bill will take place from Thursday November 10 to Monday November 14, 2022, followed by committee stage on Tuesday November 15, 2022.
